Hi my partner booked a ticket to fly out of Lagos Airport for London Heathrow but his flight was changed due to bad weather conditions,he then went back on the changed date and was told it would cost £245 to get on the flight,now I think this is rediculous as we can’t control the weather and to put a price on it because it had to be changed is rediculous,can you please give me an explanation of this policy please.

My friend got stuck in Lagos airport. Went there to pay for ticket. Got charged $560 to change the date. Didn't have the funds so I wired them to her. She went the next day to board and was told she needed $1100 extra before she could board. They said it was a new rule. Some bullshit b.l.a or something. She texts me to wire her the money plus extra to change the flight again. How do I go about persueing the airport authorities about this. In all they got over $2500 from me. I want corrective action taken against them.

my friend was flying out of there yesterday at 4 pm in the afternoon, she has a Californian passport. I paid for the flight ticket, but when she got there she was told she has to pay an excess of 4000 dollars for something called B.L.A, I would like to confirm this please if true or false. The ticket was to fly from there to Australia,via Perth to Port Hedland
