I boarded Asky Flight on the 26th Dec. 2019, at 10.20am from Abuja, Nigeria to Lome Togo. Seat assigned was 25A. On arrival to Lome, I forgot my two Phones: LG K11 Alpha and vivo Y51L, in Seat Pocket in front of me. A bus took us from the Tar mark to the Security Check and I remembered my phones. I immediately contacted one Asky Rep. who told me to seat there and wait. I waited for more than one hour. But I feared missing my connecting flight to Newark NJ, I left. Now I want my phones recovered. What do I do?

my name is George, i am from Egypt, i need to ask you because i have a friend in Togo country named victor muware send to me a visa by the EMS service company and the EMS company when they deliver the visa the airport authority demanded a yellow tag fee requested of 60$ before release the package for deliver, so i just need to be sure is there a visa card in your custody under my name (George yousry)to be just sure the matter is real and not a scam, before sending any money, so could you please just clarify that to me if the airport have this card or not.
