Passenger feedback
Edward Filippozzi (Toronto) - July 8, 2013
My parents recently travelled to Zurich and then onto Venice Italy with Air Canada. They arrived on Air Canada from Toronto on June 10th. They both required Wheelchair Assistance. While in transit and while being escorted in Zurich the gentleman asked them repeatedly "why do you travel if you can not walk?", "Who does your chores at home for you?". This is appalling that seniors are treated this way by your employees or by companies which handle your passengers on international travel. How can you treat people like this? That is a complete lack of disrespect. My parents fly yearly with Air Canada and do not expect to be treated like this. We would like someone to look into this and we would like for someone to contact us to explain and follow up. Thank you for your time.
