Majority of flights are delayed.
Too much "unauthorized" people in the parking begging/asking for money.
No train station connected to the airport.
Terminals are inconveniently not connected; trains would make everyone's lives easier.
Not updated foreign exchange rates in the website.

1. The banking hours of the banks at the NAIA 3, to exchange money.
2. Safe transportation transfer from NAIA 3 to Cebu Pacific Terminal.

I recently used Terminal 3. What a shame for something that apparently was beautifully built. The air conditioning is not working properly, the windows are dirty, lighting is poor, people are not properly uniformed, moving walkway is not functioning, and airline lounges are not available. The Filipino taxpayer must be thoroughly disgusted with his government's waste on this terminal and whomever manages it should be fired.

it must be the slowest check in and safety checks ever,been there 4 times, has i have traveled the world i do know what i am talking about.
