Hello
I had a flight from Hamburg to Karachi via Dubai this Wednesday, EK 600, and I had to pick up my RAX FREE before takeoff!!! I was told by the customs counter upstairs that the I needed to check in first and come back with the luggage!! After waiting in the long emirates line, after I checked in and went to the counter, I was shocked to see that it was closed!!! There were other people standing there too, puzzled!!! I had so many forms of TAX FREE i started getting worried! I asked the lady on the information counter but she said I don't know what to do!!! I went downstairs to the arrival area, ran here and there looking for some help, finally found a info desk and asked a very helpful lady on the information counter! She called upstairs and various other places but with no success. Finally she told me to get my luggage( not few as I was with my family) from upstairs and go to the customs in the arrivals area, then I would have to go back up again and give my luggage to emirates again! When I looled at my watch I realised the check in counter would only open for 10 mins more! :( I had no time so I had to leave without taking any TAX FREE!!! This is so unfair and heartbreaking! Please do sething about it please please!!!
