It would be great to have the Tourism booth inside the airport in the baggage claim area. The Tourism booth is currently outside. Tourists who are visiting Tortola for the first time don't know this and when they step outside the airport they are looking for their ride (taxi, hotel shuttle or work colleague) who may already be waiting for them, so they don't have time to browse or even notice the information booth. I would have loved to have been able to collect all the tourist magazines from inside the airport arrival terminal. Also, BVI should make a point of providing immigration forms on the plane or at the flight check in so that tourists and business visitors can complete these prior to arriving in the BVI as the forms are quite lengthy and took longer to complete than the flight from Puerto Rico.
