Today, at approximately 1 o'clock I was entering the port when stopped by a civilian male asking for parking money. I was called to pick up a patient returning from Manila and ask to pick them up, no parking. The patient gave wrong arrival time, and no plane on the ground. The attendant was rude and stated, I know you are going to park! I explained that I was sitting waiting and what is the problem? I have rules to follow was the answer. What upset me and brought my defensive posture was his threat to have the armed guard throw me out!! I have had numerous trips there and received great service, especially from the female attendant (not present now) He was combative and I assure you that I am kind considerate yet will not tolerate this threat! I said that his supervisor would be notified, he did not care. Rules are rules! That you for your time to read this. I would not have taken valuable time out to write if he had not stated a armed guard would remove me!!
