I would like to make a formal complaint about two members of staff who work at your airport. The lady in question kicked my suitcase and was very aggressive. I have taken a picture of her and she became aggressive after I stated I would make a complaint. She made my mother very anxious an distressed and we were really scared. She was physically violent. I have her picture if you need me to send this.
Flight boarded was MT 697 on 12/08/2017. She was not even involved in the conversation and came over and started to be rude and aggressive. I have travelled to Antalya many times and I am now scared to travel ever again because of the staff.
