Public transport
There are two trains connecting the airport with the city center:
The City Airport Train is a dedicated express train that takes 16 minutes and costs EUR9 for a one-way trip.
The normal city train (Schnellbahn) line S7 costs EUR4 and takes about 20 minutes.
Internet access
Free Wifi access is provided near McDonald's in the public area on the ground level, as well as in many departure gates.
It is almost impossible to find an electrical outlet in the transit/departure area of the airport, so make sure your laptop battery is fully charged.

There is a staffed luggage storage facility in the public area on the ground level.

John M Adams (United States) - January 19, 2013Very modern and new - but very few, and very misleading signs. Very disorganized. There is only one sign for lounge access for F and G gates. It is right after security. The sign consists of a large G and a down arrow - to indicate access to G Gate, and an icon of a man on a couch and the word "LOUNGE" in very small type in comparison to the letter G. If you miss the sign and walk towards F gates, there are zero signs. The 3-level gates maps are hopelessly confusing. On my second visit through the same security checkpoint after trying to find my destination by myself, a security staff member said "this happens all the time."

Can Bilgin (Turkey) - September 1, 2010Most unorganized airport I have ever seen in my life. Everytime going to a transatlantic flight through this airport, I regret saving couple of 100s by using austrian airlines.
