To whom it may concern.

My wife and I are frequent travelers to your beautiful island but on oct. 21 2017 we had an experience I would like to share with you. Due to a recent operation my wife is more or less bound to a wheelchair. We had a flight booked on this day with WOW air dep. At 16:40. As in most terminals there were wheelchairs at the entrance as was pointed out to us. She sat in one of them and the girl in check/in asked me whether it was our own chair and I told her it belonged to the termimal. There is a separate security gate for people in wheelchairs and that is where we went. There something came up, I do not know what, because no one explained it to us, at least not in a language I understand. But there was a lot of talking in high voices, hands flying in the air and security equipment going back and trough the scanners and young men showing their authority in a tough manner. My wife had to undergo some tests, I do not know for what, because nobody tried to explain anything as I said before. In her delicate state this was very trying for her. Finally we were hoarded trough the terminal like common criminals by a very unfriendly person, straight into the airplane, not even allowed to make a phonecall to our fellow travelers, which was our family. And there we sat like beaten dogs not knowing what came over us. I would like, very much, an explanation for this incident. This is no way to treat disabled persons and the people in your service should at least show common courtesy.

Does anyone have information regarding a timeshare company Global experiences who were operating at the airport in March 2013. We completed a form at the airport and subsequently booked and paid for a holiday. We have lost our money and holiday and cannot trace Sarah or Global experiences.. Any information would be appreciated
