Choo Hong Eng (Malaysia) - November 11, 2017On 1st November 2017,my two sisters and brother in law landed at Jieyang Airport by Jet Star at about 6.00pm.Upon landing they face a problem of needing a wheelchair due to my eldest sister's old age and weak leg.Fortunately Ms. Hu Lan,one of her staff and a Mr.Zhou(Jieyang Airport staff)came to their rescue.They manage to obtain a wheelchair for them ,much to their relief. On their return flight,Ms.Hu Lan was there waiting for them again with wheelchair on standby.What a great service!!! It really makes our day.
I would really appreciate if you kind sir could relay my utmost appreciation and gratitudes to them especially Ms. Hu Lan.
