Hi, there doesn't seem to be any assistance for disabled, mobility impaired customers to be moved into a diplomatic line for faster processing. The other day the official said "I HELP YOU, YOU HELP ME" Totally unprofessional and reeks of corruption. Is this how disadvantaged passengers are treated? Most other airports in the World offer this assistance free of charge and with efficiency and courteous behaviour.
