I am writing to report an incident that occurred during flight VN840 on 2009-11-26, passenger name: Zhao Yong, seat number is 02. Luggage number: 0000 VN 245528.Departure times 15:50 and the flight was delayed 40 minute.

At 17:50 when I arrived in Vientiane. I found that my luggages have been opened which I locked the luggage with a locked box, and the zipper have being pulled in another direction. After checked, there is nothing losing. Because in the luggage are clothes, no valuables thing, I thought.

In fact, we always been a loyal patron of VN840, and trustful on service in Cambodia airport （ Phnom Penh Pochentong airport）, but recently, not only myself, but my colleagues have got the same experience, and two of them had lose hand phone and another one lose radio, which involved luggage was unpacked and losing stuff, has spurred me to file a formal complaint and looking for your good solution.

Please be emphasized that this is my second time to write to you, which the first writing was on 27 Nov, 2009 with no any response. we would like to hear from you before 14 December, if our complaint still no any feedback, I will report this incident in publish and through local medias.
