Passenger feedback

[question]Amos Teo (SINGAPORE) - August 26, 2014
Hi I am calling from Singapore
I took a Jetstar flight from Perth on 25 August 00.10 am
Flight ref : YHD7UX
During the baggage check after the passport counters, I was informed that my carry on luggage contained an item that had to be disposed.
It was actually my face cleanser Cetaphil.
I would like to ask why this item was not allowed when it was allowed in my departure from Singapore. Does it mean that Perth is having double standards. After all, Singapore is known to be unyielding when it comes to the application of rules. If Singapore can allow my Cetaphil to go through, I am surprised that Perth did not allow it.
