On arrival I exited the south door at baggage claim that stated taxis and buses. On exiting there were signs for taxis but none for a bus as I was looking for the public transit bus stop. I noticed the large shelter area on the sidewalk that had a lane marked buses only, assuming this is where on waits for a bus as there is no indication to go any other place, I waited. A bus came and drove past me. I tried to waive down the driver and he just pointed back towards the entrance of the terminal. I walked over there where I saw a shelter next to the sidewalk but it turned out to be for smokers, I noticed a small sign and bench about 50’ further and that turned out to be the bus stop. Please provide appropriate signage when one exits the baggage area, as of now, you lack proper direction to the bus stop that leave visitors lost and freezing in the cold. Thank you!
