Passenger feedback

[info]W. Margiotta - August 5, 2017
My daughter and son-in-law,have just arrived in Rome,at the airport they exchanged some money.I know, they didn't know they would be ripped off, lost a lot of there money with the exchange, now left short, is this something the airports are proud of!!I think I will definitely give it a miss. Not impressed at all. Shame on you.
PAPADOPOULOU MARINA (ATHENS GREECE) - February 19, 2008
I was transit in Fiumicino airport coming from Tunis with Alitalia.
The customs employee first insisted that I could not pass two bottles of wine- which were bought by the duty free shop in Tunis airport and PROPERSLY SEALED AND CLOSED - and when I insisted that this is legal , he forbided to pass one small piece of crystal ball,- which he said was illegal.
There is no law to forbid crystal balls-for press papier- and he kept it.
I strongly believe that he KEPT IT FOR HIMSELF.
Our flight was on Thursday night 14.2.2008 no. AZ863 and the employee was ' checking ' passengers coming from 3rd countries
I strongly believe that this kind of behavior is a black mark on Fiumicino's performance.and I am deeply disappointed.
