Passenger feedback
Timothy Pellissier (USA) - April 11, 2019
Please retrain your large shuttle (the buses that bring passengers directly to an airplane) drivers in proper manner. When I arrived from Bangkok two weeks ago my wife and I were shuttled a long distance across your airport in a very rough and inconsiderate manner. It was like the driver thought he was hauling cattle or freight of some kind - starting and stopping brusquely, not being easy on either the gas or the breaks. Also going faster around turns than he should. People are standing up on these buses, and should be given more respect!

1.) Please stop the constant honking of passenger shuttles through your gate waiting areas.
2.) Those same shuttles are being used for too many able bodied people. This should be restricted to handicapped people and emergencies.
3.) Those same shuttles are being driven too fast. I was almost hit by one tonight near gate c21 when I got up out of my seat!

The disorderly queues at the transit security checks are quite disgraceful. Not even worthy of a third World country.
Less than half the screening points are manned and the queue is a free for all.
That puts Dubai close to the bottom of my best airports list.

Dear Sir,
I am ABDUL DEEN SESAY, Microwave Transmission Engineer of the Sierra Leone Telecommunications Company {SIERRATEL).
Eight of us were in Singapore for Microwave Eclipse transmission training from 11th – 13th December 2012.
We left Singapore on the 14th December, 2012 and we arrive safely in Freetown on the 15th December, 2012 but unfortunately two of us did not get our baggage, I and my brother MAMUD FOFANAH when we arrive in Freetown.
The Baggage were tag for Dubai international and we pay 91 US dollars to MARHABA SERVICES for BAGGAGE TRANSFER to our Final Destination Freetown.
Unfortunately, Marhaba Service collected our morney and did not do the baggage transfer which we have already paid for.
However, we have established that our Baggage lied down in DUBAI airport for a week with no one claiming them so they were sent back to Singapore since Marhaba service did not do the baggage transfer.
Sir/Maddam we have made several striks in establishing contacts with Aviat Netoworks Singapore and the Singapore airline and the bags have been sent back to Dubai with ref . numbers shown below on the 6th February, 2013.
Baggages details
SQ 494 1510H/1845H

John Zak (England) - January 9, 2010
There is a distinct lack of seats for passengers waiting at the departure gates.
I am currently sat on the floor with my wife and 4 kids at gate 208 wating for the EK17 to Manchester, we are 2 hours early.
All the nearby seats are already occupied, even those at adjacent gates.
Considering this is the brand new terminal in this airport I would suggest this is very poor planning.
