I have mobility issues and required assistance in deplaning, getting through customs, getting to the baggage area and getting myself and my luggage to the train station. I had the most efficient and courteous assistance from your staff in the airport.
I did not expect this very high level of service and am grateful to have received it.

Fax: 0033 141 562 529, but did not get a reply.
To whom do I have to direct my request about 2 Pandora silver bracelets which they obliged me to take off at the control point entering Terminal 2F, and either I forgot them in the tray or somebody took them when passing through control ?
