Passenger feedback
C. Yau (Canada) - November 18, 2013
On November 11, 2013 upon my flight arrival from Hong Kong at 6.30 pm, I walked through the parking lot on my way to catch a bus to go into town. On the roadway on the left side almost close to the highway, I fell into a drainage hole presumably missing the cover. I sustained multiple bruising injuries to my right palm, right thigh, right ankle and left knee, especially my right thigh now has a hematoma the size of a football. The doctor has prescribed painkiller, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and ointment to stop the swelling. I am in tremendous pain and suffering. It also ruins my holiday as I cannot participate in any water sports. I also cannot walk long distances. If the parking lot and surrounding walkways are the responsibility of the airport authority, fix the damned drainage hole. I hope nobody else, especially a small child, will fall into it, like I did. I should also mention I spent RM231 for the doctor's visit.
