A ticket of China Southern flight dated 2.11.2014was sent by me to my daughter and her kids to visit India. Flight time was 11pm and they were in the airport at 9.30pm there was no display of China Southern counter and she stand in the q of another air line. When she came to know that she is standing in wrong q she immediately at 10pm rushed from there to search ch.ina southern counter but when she reached there no one was there to attended. One employee of the air port give her contact number to contect air lines but they said counter is closed. Again in the morning they, went to air port but no proper answer was given. I have to cancel the ticket and my booking agent make my trip deducted RS60000 approx. so I lost, money and main my daughter and kids suffered mentally. Whom I should contact for this. Display was not there and no one was there to assist. Hope air lines authorities will look into this. And will provided compensatory tickets and will fine the air lines for such type of behaviour. I recently arrived at Auckland Airport to be be so called welcomed at the arrivals custom desks by a very large picture of a very agressive man with bulging eyes and poking his tongue at me and every tourist who lands at Auckland. I know that this is a traditional Maori welcome but do visitors to this country It might have been acceptable many many years ago but I do not think it very welcoming in 2014. I also thought that the inside of the airport was looking grubby and not well cared for. I was a bit surprised by the pushy attitude of the duty free sales people. Sydney in comparison was gleaming with cleanliness and the Duty free staff had a bit of class.

The domestic traffic management changes in the last 8 weeks (Apr 13) are an absolute dog's breakfast. I've just spoken with one of the poor attendants dealing with people arriving to pick up passengers off Jet Star who are being told to go to the Air NZ terminal!!!???? Huh?? And at the same time the now much increased traffic into Air NZ is being funneled into a single lane chute that is totally congested. Throw some of Auckland's Autumn rains into the mix and...and...and...get me a gun.
The system might work when for 9-5 when the knobs that came up with it look out the window but it's a complete disaster for busy times. Once the parking lady calmed down she said they had been suffering weeks of verbal abuse - I'm not surprised.
