Airport buses cost Bt.150 and take just over an hour to get into the city.
The Skytrain does not yet connect to the airport; the line is scheduled to be completed in 2009. During periods of heavy traffic it can be advantageous to take the Skytrain to On Nut and catch a taxi from there.
Taxis

The meter fare for a taxi ride between the airport and the city is about THB200. Taking the taxi from the airport will incur an additional THB50 fee. Under optimal conditions it can be as fast as 20 minutes; during the day it's best to plan on an hour.

Free wireless in the Thai Airways Royal Silk lounge. Not sure if it can be reached from outside the lounge.
The airport authority has been attempting to provide wireless internet access throughought the facility, but as of early 2008 this service is still not functional.
