I travel many times in a year from Pearson Airport and back.I have to use their wheelchair assistance that is offer. It's not what I wish to do but I have know choice. In saying that, I have to say that is the worst airport for this service. I find the service staff to be unfriendly and very rude, not all but enough. They don't understand that there is a reason I need a wheelchair.I have been left standing for long periods waiting or asked to walk to the next area. This is very difficult with the limits I have. I don't have a problem at any other airport so why this one. I believe it's the airport response ability to do a better job of taking care of clients with disabilities not the airlines.

Even third world & less developed countries on arrival do not charge a fee for luggage carts. How do you expect someone who have just arrived to have a toonie for the cart?
Signage for public transportation (GO Bus, TTC) should be prominently displayed - Not everyone arriving can afford a limo or taxi.

Perhaps one of my favourite airports to date. Efficient, lovely and does its job. Landed in here during a peak hour and whilst we had to wait for longer times than average for things to be processed, treatment by all was fine and patience is virtuous.
