Why have you forced all outgoing passengers through the duty free shop. This is heavily scented and, as an asthmatic, I find this new route wholly unacceptable. Previously I had the option not to pass through this area. This either smacks of corruption or incompetency. I can only presume that either the franchise holder has exerted undue influence to create this disgraceful route or the office junior had a bad Monday morning hangover. Nowhere in the world have I come across a similar practice. This is simply not acceptable.

Dear Sirs

Nowhere in the world I have to buy a plastic bag for the liquid belongings I want to take aboard a plaine!

Everywhere else I get it free of charge as a complimentary service to the customer. In Zürich for instance they even help you to pack your belongings!

They help you and do not laugh at you and enjoy the fact they caused a problem to you!

I will post a message in the Internet accordingly to warn all passengers travelling to Tallinn what they may expect at the security check in counter of the airport!
