In 20 years of travel I have never seen 100+ people waiting for 20 minutes for a car rental shuttle. Incredibly inconvenient, overcrowded and discourteous. $15 and 3 minutes later, I’m gouged by a taxi to get to my car. The Sacramento Airport ought to do better.

Parking Garage
There are not signs to the Parking garage.
You have them for short term and then for long term and how to get to terminal a and b. If you are going to terminal B then you just keep going around big loops and never get to the parking garage. Can you please place signs at each split to tell a driver how to get to the parking garage.
I originally thought that it was because the garage was new, but it's been enough time to get this right.
Thanks,
Marianna Vaughan
