Passenger feedback

I would like to give the people who work at the Springfield/Branson Airport a 10 Star Review on their new terminal. I have flown in and out of Springfield a number of times over the past several years and the new terminal is one that you should be very proud of. I first used your new terminal this past Labor day oliday and was very impressed with it. This is a number one facility, that is very easy to get into and out of, very clean and user friendly. But the most impressive thing you have is the people that work at this facility, from the time I departed from my flight from Denver on Wednesday the 1st until I departed the following week on the 8th everyone that worked at your facility made every effort to assit my wife and I at ever turn. Everyone from the the person at the front door to the ticket and bagage counter, as well as the security personal were very helpful and friendly. In the waiting area your people were helpful with our carry on bags and assisted us with a wheel chair . Your people are to be complemented on the service they provide. I will not hesitate to fly to Sprinfield in the future
