Passenger feedback
Four of us travelling from the UK on 10/9/18 landed at Seattle at 1pm after a 9 hour flight. On leaving h plane we joined a long queue for passport control. We waited in a corridor for an hour with no information. People were sitting on the floor and bottles of water were distributed to then large number of people waiting. After protests and misdirection by airport staff we joined the chaos at passport control.Although the waiting was bad enough, what was totally unacceptable was the attitude of the uniformed border staff. They were arrogant and rude to the travellers to the point of belittling people, who could not understand their instructions. It was disgraceful behaviour and shamed the airport and your Country.
Over the past six (6) years we have used SeaTac/JetBlue for our many travels from Boston. Each year the airport system and procedure gets worse. This airport is antiquated and needs to be brought up to par with today's needs of the passengers. It is ridiculous to go to the 3rd floor of a garage to obtain a cab or shuttle. Too much walking and not proper servicing for the people. TSA lines are ridiculous....each airline should have their own TSA checkpoints. Waiting for over an hour caused us to almost miss our flight AGAIN! Seattle needs to take a close look at how other airports have great systems in place and update the current chaotic disaster that is current there. It IS 2018 and time for change. Don't settle, Seattle, progress!
Here it is snowing in seattle and it was for cast days ago. So here we are sitting in the run way waiting for a gate because your assess are to stupid to do your job correctly.
