I got there and waited for my ride not one person approached me to see if they could help when my ride never came. Instead the last plane of the night came and they threw me outside in cold with never been there I didn’t have no information about airport or its surroundings. I sat out until 3: am that morning and a lady that worked inside helped me find a Uber and was concerned the security guards never helped me. Worst service I have ever been treated.

It appears that this airport is less efficient than the old terminal. I was told that with 4 airlines having flights around 6:30 am I need to get to the airport at 4:00 AM. due to baggage screening. That is utterly ridiculous. At worst the old terminal also with only one TSA line, One person checking tickets and ID and one body scanner, an hour to an hour and half at the utmost was needed. The new $20,000,000.00 terminal has decreased efficiency by some 50%. Please evaluate this this issue and make some adjustments. I realize TSA is a Federal Agency and is by all standards independent of any care about passengers. However, this is not realistic. I could drive to Santa Maria and board a flight with free parking and still save 30 - 45 minutes.
