Jimmy (Palm Springs) - December 29, 2013Since PSP has switched to American Eagle to manage the ground crew the airport has gotten terribly worse. Airport employees are rude, dismissive and unprofessional. One would hope whomever made the decision to make this change would recognize the errors and issues and make a change sooner than later. Makes flying in and out of PSP unpleasant!
