Bought 6 sets of facial product in a hurry from "The Face Shop" in the Airport Departure Hall on the 23 Dec 18.
The shop guy told us that the product's expiry date still 3 years to go.
But now discovered that actual Expiry date of the products was 22 June 2019.
Very DISHONEST FACE SHOP.

I wish to suggest you put a signage "Leave your shoes outside the surau" at your beautiful and clean airport because one female client (in hijab..obviously although strangely frm the Middle East whn they should be familiar with no shoes in surau culture) went in wearing her dirty shoes! I advised her but apparently according to a cleaner, this is not new.And i then realised tht no signage was put at the door.
If foreign airports are more respectful of Islam, I think Penang Airport should be more so.
