Excellent airport. Since end of 2008 it is much more modern and really nicely enhanced.
It has always been a small and efficient airport, but now even more. Don't be afraid to fly here :-)

your information is extremely poor and wrong .
Main airline company based in OVB is Sibir , i.e. S7.
Airport is excellent and very professional.
I have assisted 24 governmental flights in OVB since 2005.
