The airport check-in staff had a terrible attitude, which was my worst check-in experience. For a tourist, people in this city represent this city. I never thought that the last day of Melbourne would bring me a bad feeling.

I and my wife need assistance traveling and I was absolutely flabbergasted to find that we would have to traverse the length of the terminals to reach the Ballarat Bus from Terminal 1. This is impossible for us to do, neither of us can walk that distance.
I have requested assistance for the journey but would it not make commonsense to have a disabled pick up point at the north end of terminal one arrival curb and the bus leave Tulla via that stop

I wish to complain about the new drop off point for mini buses i.e. jetport parking.I was travelling with my 95 year old parents on a trip to Cairns with Jetstar.We had a wheel chair arranged at Jetstar but found ourselves miles away.My mother really struggled and if it was raining would have been wet through.Surely some provision can be made for the aged or disabled
