This airport is filthy! The trash is over flowing the trash cans, food everywhere. Most of the shops are closed, it’s 4:00 pm on a Saturday. This is the worst airport of any major city.

Spirit airlines staff is rude, inconsiderate and show no empathy. Spirit airlines is unprofessional as they have several delays and assign the wrong gate numbers. The restrooms are some of the most nastiest I've ever encountered, I'm worried about catching hepatitis from using the restroom there.

As a frequent flyer in and out of the Vegas airport I absolutely can not stand it. You are a complete and total embarrassment to our state!

The restrooms and terminals are FILTHY!!! Is this our first impression Airport Authority??? Get on a flight to Reno and see how it is done!

We have been waiting at the biarding gate no. C- 25 for atleast couple of hours for our flight to san jose.by south west airline which was to fly out by 8.30. Then we are told to go to gate c-11. We wait for boarding and suddenly announced that we can't depart till 10:00 pm. All this while all passengers are facing freezing cold from airport a.c which we requested to check on and were told by the attendent nothing they can do. It has been a nightmare for us to put with this cold air as senior citizens. Nothing much we could do!,,,,

The rest rooms in the Delta terminal of the Vegas Airport are deplorable, filthy, crummy, smelly mess. You would think with all the MONEY and TOURISTS passing thru the rest rooms would be clean. The slot machines are !

Having experienced an emergency landing into Las Vegas in the early hours of the night, next day a member of the airport staff was rude, bullying and completely insenstive to myself and others awaiting information from the BA desk. We were told off, threatened with the police and then told we ought to be grateful to be alive and standing in a queue. The staff member refused to give me her name after I asked her not to be so rude. She refused. I then asked her job title which was along the lines of Passenger control and line control. I am a very unhappy and cross traveller. Does anyone have an email for the airport authority to make an official complaint about this staff member please?

AS WE WENT THROUGH THE SECURITY WHERE YOU HAVE TO PLACE PURSES IN BINS TO GO THROUGH THE X-RAY SCANNER WE WERE RIPPED OF$1,700 OUT OF THE WHITE ENVELOPES BANKS GIVE YOU TO CARRY CASH IN. IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS?

Don't expect to get any sleep here while you're waiting for your flight. The beeping and clanging from the slot machines is incessant. The only place where you don't hear them is in the restroom, but I'm sure they'll get some installed there soon.
