Hi. I am from india. I forgot my bag at airport.I have sent an appointee to collect my bag from lost and found office after fulfilling all their requirements. But tgey are not providing the same to him he is still there to board his flight. Pls help urgently

we had a transfer flight and stopped at Borispol Airport,we had some sealed duty free alcohol in our bags,security let us go through with bottles of water and juice that we had in our hand luggage. but the sealed alcohol bottles they insisted that we leave behind.one security lady said you can take it with and the other one said no.it was a long delay flight and we rushed quickly to catch the other flight. i didn't understand why we allowed to take open bottled water but sealed bottle of alcohol not. you can guess knew the answer. really was upset my daughter and I will never fly or stop there and make sure every one knows about there scam, not nice people.its after security check, its duty free area, why the took our alcohol, very upset, i bought it as present to my husband and they took it away together with my daughter alcohol.
