Haneda Airport — Tokyo, Japan

I m going to travel on 20 feb 2021 this weekend from Delhi to Haneda airport Tokyo, Japan and I will stay there 36 hours before I take another flight to sydeny as I m Australian citizen and going to Australia. But I came to know when I spoke to customer service personnel of Japan airline .They told me they will not be any arrangements for people to sleep overnight at airport and they won’t be allowed to go outside airport due to COVID 19 restrictions.which is really upset me because due to COVID 19 it is very unsafe to stay at airport without proper arrangements which supposed to be done through Haneda airport Authority for passengers because airport authority allowed passengers to stay on air port for 36 long hours.So please advise if there are proper arrangements for passengers at Haneda airport before they reach their destination safely.

My husband and I are traveling from New Zealand to Hawaii with overnight at transit hotel Haneda. We need covid19 test at Haneda pcr clinic which is landside/japan side. How do we get permission to go from transit side to the clinic for just a few minutes to get our covid test that is required for entry to Hawaii? Thank you for help. dr NANCY DuBro
