LIEW (singapore) - June 5, 2008Prior to my comments on the sales ealier. I am extremely disappointed in the honesty of the NOIBAI SOUVENIR shop and shock at the "courage" that the lady who tried to rip me off
Liew (singapore) - June 5, 2008I will to comment that the NOIBAI SOUVENIR shop located within the airport just tried to cheat me. I purchase 8 items of US$1.50 totalling of US$12. The store lady asked me for VND 600,000 . At first I thought , she wanted to exchange back the remaining currency with US$ , which is fine for me. But she gave me back VND50,000. WHAT KIND OF CURRENCY RATE ARE THEY USING. So I demanded to pay in US$ and she gave me a receipt of US$15. When enquired why , she claims it is tax.
There is no longer airport tax at this airport...it is included in all ticket prices rather than sperate as before
