The Immigration set up at the FUK International Airport is a total SHAME! On many occasion, I have found the Re entrant counters unmanned and with only two counters for Foreigners (Including Re-Entrants)versus 8 for Japanese. This really is NOT how one of the first contact point for Visitors should be!The fact that it is constantly a problem, that got me to send in this feedback.
