I need your help. I rented a car from Executive Car Rental on Wick Road in Romulus, MI on September 28, 2018 for 5 days. Paid $250.00 refundable security deposit. It is now 6 weeks later and Executive Car Rental has yet to refund my security deposit. I was told that refund would be within 3-5 days. I have tried communicating with them to no avail. There is a growing list of other people who are also trying to get their refundable deposits back. This agency is giving a bad image to your new and exciting airport and the City of Detroit. Hope you can help me.
