Vikas Dubey (USA) - June 23, 2017Worst airport in the caribbean and I felt harassed by custom for a zip lock bag. they want you to buy zip lock bag at 2 EC dollar. I never saw custom department is marketing zip lock bags and working as an agent
D. Hale (United States) - March 24, 2008this airport is undergoing extreme renovations at the present time. (March 2008) The terminal building is in much needed repair and there is no AC so be dressed for heat! Approach is quite rough over the inland hills but take off is pleasant. The views from this airport are incredible! There are no facilities to eat except a small canteen style resturant. The AC in the waiting area for departing passengers worked about 1/2 the time. The only great thing about the airport were the people. They were friendly and helpful. Renting a car is a disaster. No one seemed to know what they were doing but they were nice about it and it took over an hour to get a vehicle.
