The interior of the passenger is a mix of poor and good.

Good: The second floor waiting area with large windows and comfortable and stylish seating.

Poor: The signage for security for United (no signage on the main floor). The holding area for United on the second floor is like something from the 70's that has been allowed to deteriorate; shabby and very depressing. The food facilities are very limited. The waiting area by the baggage claim is dark and depressing. Even better lighting would with bright colors would help make it a more pleasant space.

Overall, despite the recent investment I would give this airport a 2.5 on a 1-5 scale.

Surely you can do much to improve this situation.
