Yesterday evening 20:00 the drop off zone was completly frozen by people using that zone to wait for arriving passengers to cary. There was no authority to let respect the conform use of the drop off zone. It was a hell !!

100 passengers have been stuck on a plane that was diverted to this airport for nearly 4 hours with no end in sight and no one from the airport authority is willing to lift a finger to come help. I called the airport and they were rude and unhelpful.
