Today March 27, 2019 at ATL there was only one security carry on luggage screening line open. WHY??? Previously there were 5-15 lines open. And why has the room been substantially reduced in size?

On 9/16/2014 I had a connection in Atlanta from Buffalo to El Paso. I purchased a cold sandwich from the Southern Living News by Gate 20, I almost finished eating the sandwich when I turned it over and saw what looked like something almost black sticking out. I opened it up and discovered lettuce that was so rotten, it was sticky to the touch. It infuriated me since I had eaten most of the sandwich and was afraid I would become very sick later in the day. I went back to the store and waited for the manager, who was apologetic and gave me my money back. The package said to use by 9/16/2014 which was that same day. The sandwich was made in another state. They shouldn't be allowed to sell food that comes from another state, let alone another city because it may not have been refrigerated in shipping. Fortunately, I did not get sick.
