J Campbell (san diego) - June 20, 2013I want to take the time to mention one of your exceptional employees, Gizelle Kelsick .
I hope I am correct with her name! I was traveling with my daughter’s family of five and my husband. The children are all under eight and I was rather fatigued from our flight from San Diego, Ca. She was (as I told her) like an angel guiding us through the usual airport crowds, helping us in line and then not only assisting with procuring our considerable baggage but securing a taxi to the Verandah Resort as well. I have never in all my travels experienced such excellent customer care.
I do hope this letter is going to the right source and eventually she is thanked again for such a wonderful experience entering Antigua.
