Whoever designed this airport and whoever signed off on it are imbeciles! Up, Down, Up down, how far can you make somebody walk to a gate? People with mobility issue, disabilities, are in for a rude awakening. I only saw 1 of those golf cars between Gate A and B. You walk half way down Gate A go down an escalator , walk walk walk, Go up an escalator to get to the B gates!!!!

So if you get dropped off by shuttle vans or buses, you are on ground level, GO UP 3 FLIGHTS to check in then down a flight to walk to your gate!!! WHO DID THIS?? A sadist?

The new airport overall is good.

However, there needs to be a sign in the baggage claim area telling people where to go to get an Uber or Lyft.

We have gone to the C area for passenger pickup only to find that there is no way to cross over to the B pickup area unless you drag your bags up the stairs and go back to the A pickup area to cross over to B.

There is no information that I can see in the baggage area. Very poorly thought out to make sure travelers know which pick up area to go to.

It’s a simple fix with just a sign of directions to make this clear.
