The only food place is port lounge and it is horrible. Food is bad and unhygienic. The service is worse.
It is overpriced! No one was happy . Why are there any more food outlets ? Why isn’t there a food court? Why is there monopoly of “ port lounge”
It’s relatively a new airport . There should be decent places to eat .

The tea shop after security is serving hot tea in very poor quality paper cups. I burnt my finders severely as the cup collapsed

I have used Dambolim airport over several years and, for such a small airport it seems to have big troubles. It can take as long to get through Dambolim as it does to get through Mumbai airport. Having to queue without air conditioning (and some with kids) is a nightmare. Getting out can be worse, the baggage x ray machine is on top of the check in counters and causes so many hassles. If only someone in authority would read sites like this and listen to travellers complaints AND ACT we would all be eternally gratefull. The alternative is for travellers to give up and then jobs will be lost.

I HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING TO GOA FOR MANY YEARS AND AM STILL DISAPPOINTED IN THE RIDICULOUS LONG QUEUES TO CHECK OUT OF GOA. THE STAFF ARE NOW MORE CORRUPT THAN I CAN EVER REMEMBER THEM BEING, TRYING TO CHARGE EXCESS BAGGAGE WHEN PEOPLE ARE CLEARLY NOT OVER THE LIMITS. THE PROBLEMS GETTING INTO GOA ARE EQUALLY AS BAD, LONG QUEUES, UNFRIENDLY STAFF. AS A RESULT I THINK MY TIME IN GOA IS COMIG TO AN END. THEY REALLY NEED TO SORT OUT THEIR AIRPORT.
