Hello, its not as bad as potrayed, there is litle rush.. It is convenient. You have to wait 5 to max 10 minutes.

The airport officials are not polite and are very rude and they misbehave with the passengers specially with Asians. That is very insulting. Islam teaches us respect, humbleness and politeness, but some people are really opposite and its very sad.

Assalamu alaikum
I written 'poor' in airport rating because of the very much long waiting here when we areare coming from india or any other contry. It a practice every time that people should wait many hours (sometimes even 9 or 10 hours here). We didn't see such a situation in any other airport. There is no word to explain the laziness of the airport officials who do the check-in. I waited for 6 hours when I came for first time. Now it is second time facing the same tragedy. I think it it is a shame on the Kingdom. The officials are not working at least in a slow level. They are doing whatever they want in between thier duties. Sometimes going for smoking, fir tea or sometimes just wandering here and there.
Hope there will be a solution for this
