The officials denied visa on arrival for no reason. Despite of carrying all the documents, they simply did not let us enter the country. They did not have any legal or logical reason to deny the visa. We were sent back. Like us, they harrassed many passengers by denying visa. The authority staff is very rude and do not answer properly. Very poor. No body should visit Mozambique.

Who can I complain to about false advertising? In their advertising email, Fastjet has a special offer for flights between Maputo and Beira, clearly stating that the cost of hold baggage is 350 meticais per bag. Trying to book a hold luggage item, there is nothing of this. I contacted Fastjet and was told that there is no special on any Fastjet flight. But there email clearly states that there is.
