Passenger feedback

It is one of the fastest Int. airport that I saw. Arrival and Departure zone is the first and second floor. 4th floor is a place to rest and free wi-fi almost every where. in McDonalds...sorry doesn't work.
It is very cheap to reach the South Korean capital by airport train service which is apprx. 3.7 U$
Direct buses are avaliable too, but they took an hour and have to pay about 14 U$.
Plz avoid busy hour like 7~8 AM & 5~7 PM or you can feel what is the real meaning "to be compacted".

Great service. It is very easy to geto a cheap bus into Seoul. There are A LOT of english signs and many people who speak basic English and are willing to help. But it can be a VERY busy place, so get there early for a flight out. Arrive at least 30-60 min before you think you should be there, trust me. Pretty good Korean food, but its pricey. The western food isnt very impressive, and also pricey.

One great thing about this airport is you can rent a cellphone for less than $10 US dollars a day. Since almost all foreign phones do not work in Korea, this is a very handy service. There are several companies near the baggage collection hall that rent them out. In my experience the phones are always in good shape and work well, and the per-minute costs are very reasonable.
