I am writing to complain about my loss of souvenirs that I bought, from one of my luggage during my flight from New York to Doha to Kuala Lumpur (QR 084 and QR 624, Oct 28th abd Oct 29th, 2012). Please let me know, how I would go about to claim those losses.
